Image 1 - Circuit Board
This image of a circuit board shows the ability to image specific Ions over
an area of interest. The image comprises of three specific ion images and
an overlay, this allows the customer to see what is on the surface and where
it is located.

Image 2 - Hair
CSMA has been able to image a single hair of approximately 10µm
diameter.

Image 3 - Scalpel Blade
In contrast to the hair image this image of a plasma cleaned scalpel
blade shows a wide area. It should also be noted that ToFSIMS has
the ability to see proteins on a surface.

An example of ion imaging showing a depth of field ability of about
10µm into the mesh.
