It is vital that electrical components are manufactured in clean environments. Just one speck of contaminant can cause a component to fail resulting in, at best a reject component, at worse customer complaints and interruption to the manufacture process.

Our Validata service can be utilised to monitor the cleanliness of a manufacturing process. By analysing product or coupons at each stage of a process cleanliness can be monitored against pre-determined criteria.
